Block Listing application
The Company announces today that application has been made to the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 4 October 2021.
The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued under the Company's share plans.
The Company anticipates it will first use the Ordinary Shares reserved under the block listing in connection with an all-employee award of free shares in order to reward our teams and further align our people with the long-term success of the business.
When issued the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
