Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 
11 ordinary shares of 11 1/29 pence each in the Company to the Official List 
and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued so that the number of the Company's existing 
ordinary shares is exactly divisible by 67 as per the circular to shareholders,
dated 20 March 2007, covering amongst other matters, the proposed share 
consolidation and special dividend.

The 11 ordinary shares will rank parri passu with the existing shares in issue.
