Changes to the membership of the Audit Committee

Drax announces changes to the composition of its Audit Committee. 

Jamie Dundas steps down as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is replaced as Chairman by David Lindsell. Jamie will continue to be a member of the Audit Committee.

In addition, Mike Grasby steps down as a member of the Audit Committee.

Following the changes, the Audit Committee membership comprises:

David Lindsell (Chairman)

Tim Barker

Jamie Dundas 

The changes came into effect on 28 April 2009.

No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in relation to this notification.
