The notifications below are all in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(b).

On 2 April 2015, Grants of Options were made through the Drax Group plc Approved Savings-Related Share Option Plan (the "Plan").  The options are in respect of ordinary shares of 11 ¹⁶/₂₉ pence each in the share capital of Drax Group plc of which there were 405,857,302 shares in issue at the time of the grants.

The interests of the under-noted directors and PDMRs have changed following each one being granted an option under the Plan.

The grants were made at nil consideration.
