                   POSTING OF INTERIM REPORT TO SHAREHOLDERS


Following the interim results for 2007 announcement made on 6 September 2007,
the Company now confirms:

•    the key dates regarding the interim dividend; and
•    details of posting of the interim report and the lodging of that document 
     with the FSA.


Interim dividend

Detailed below are the key dates regarding the interim dividend:

3 October 2007 - ordinary shares marked ex-dividend

5 October 2007 - record date for entitlement to the interim dividend

24 October 2007 - payment of the interim dividend

The rate of the interim divided is 4.7 pence per share


Interim report

The interim report is being posted to registered shareholders today, Thursday 13
September 2007.

Copies of the interim report have also been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority today, Thursday 13 September 2007, and will be available for
inspection shortly at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility,
which is situated at:
