This is the first disclosure made on behalf of Lloyds TSB Group plc since the
implementation of the Disclosure and Transparency rules in the UK

The previous notification made by Lloyds TSB Group plc in respect of its holding
in Drax was on 08 January 2007 (pre implementation of the Disclosure and
Transparency rules), at which point, the disclosable interest was 11,206,833
shares representing 3.038% of the issued share capital
