       Preliminary Results presentation meeting and call-in arrangements


Further to our notice of results announcement issued on 1 February, Drax Group
plc will be presenting its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December
2006 on Thursday 8 March. Further information regarding the results presentation
meeting and call-in arrangements are detailed below.

Management will host a presentation for analysts and investors at 9:00am on
Thursday 8 March 2007, at the City Presentation Centre, 4 Chiswell Street,
Finsbury Square, London, EC1Y 4UP.
