Drax Group plc advises that Vanessa Simms, a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, is to be appointed as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of Land Securities Group PLC ('Land Securities').

 

Vanessa is currently Chief Financial Officer and an executive director at Grainger plc.

 

The date of Vanessa's appointment at Land Securities remains to be confirmed but is expected to be no later than 1 June 2021. A further announcement will be made when the date of Vanessa's appointment is confirmed.
