      INTERIM RESULTS PRESENTATION MEETING AND CALL-IN ARRANGEMENTS

As intimated in the RNS announcement made on 30 June 2006, Drax Group plc will 
be presenting its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2006 on
Tuesday 12 September 2006. Further information regarding the results 
presentation meeting and call-in arrangements are detailed below.

Management will host a presentation for analysts and investors at 9:00am (UK
Time) on Tuesday 12 September 2006, at the City Presentation Centre, 4 Chiswell
Street, Finsbury Square, London, EC1Y 4UP.
