Acquisition of shareholding in Knowledge Technology Solutions plc


Further to Billam Plc's acquisition of 5 million shares in Knowledge
Technology Solutions plc for £125,000 (2.5 pence per share), the directors of
Billam wish to announce they have acquired a further 800,000 shares in the
market at an average price of 2.4 pence per share.



Billam's enlarged shareholding in Knowledge Technology Solutions is 5,800,000
ordinary shares representing 7.7 per cent. of the shares in issue.
