Exercise of options
Peter Hoskins has exercised options at a strike price of 1p each in respect of
5,000,000 new ordinary shares. Application will be made for these shares,
which will rank parri passu with all other ordinary shares currently in issue,
to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 30 May 2001.
The enlarged number of ordinary shares in issue is now 852,546,633.
In addition, Peter Hoskins has acquired 1.25 million shares in the market over
the last 30 days at prices ranging between 1.00p and 1.07p per share. Peter
Hoskins' enlarged shareholding in Billam is now 58,916,658, representing 6.91%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
