Billam PLC 19 July 2000 Appointment to the Board of Directors of Billam plc Victor Beamish was today appointed to the Board of Directors of Billam plc. Billam stated that it intended to build a strong Board of Directors with the addition of individuals who have negotiated and invested on the highest institutional platforms - this to complement its multidisciplinary Panel of Advisors. The company intends to announce further appointments shortly to both the Advisory Panel and Board of Directors. Personal focus upon sales and sales trading, client relationships and liaison with the group's merchant bank.
