                           APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

Following the successful completion of the Company's EGM this morning, all the
directors  of  Billam have resigned and been replaced by Angus George  Patrick
Forrest  and  Juliet  Anne  Hoskins  as Managing  Director  and  non-executive
director respectively.
