Energiser Investments plc was notified on 14 October 2016 that on the same day, Nishith Malde, Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Share for his pension fund.  Following this purchase, Mr Malde holds 5,955,646 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.74% of the voting share capital of the Company. Mr Malde is also an executive director of Highlands Village Limited (a company in which he holds shares representing 8.4 per cent of the voting share capital). Highlands Village Limited holds a further 17,375,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 28.4% of the voting share capital of the Company.
