The directors of Billam Plc today announced that they have increased Billam's
shareholding in Telematic ASP. CybIT Limited from 35.54% to 50.2% and have
simultaneously announced the appointment of Seymour Pierce Ltd as Nominated
Advisers and Seymour Pierce Ellis as Stockbrokers. In preparation for CybIT's
intended Listing on AIM in March 2001.
