The Company received notification on 14 July 2011 that, as at 14 July 2011, Mr M Wheeler's holding has increased to 1,281,898 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company with the same number of voting rights attached.  These shares are held in the name of TD Waterhouse Nominees and represent 4.00 per cent of Energiser's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights.
