The Company received notification on 20 May 2011 that, as at 19 May 2011, Mr M Wheeler holds 1,013,684 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company with the same number of voting rights attached.  These shares are held in the name of TD Waterhouse Nominees and represent 3.16 per cent of Energiser's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights.
