The Company was informed that on 27 June 2012 Stephen Wicks transferred 12,307,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Stephen Wicks Development LTD.

Following these transactions Mr. Wicks' beneficial interest of 23,558,855 ordinary shares, representing 53.80% of the total voting rights, in the Company remains unchanged.
