Placing of New Shares

Billam announces today that it has issued 320 million new ordinary shares at a
placing  price of 1.25 pence per share to raise a total amount of £4.0 million
sterling.   These shares have been issued to Ellis & Partners who are  pleased
to assist Billam plc with their growth plans.

The Company stated that this placing will enable them to complete a number  of
exciting new investments that they will shortly be announcing.
