Energiser announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with a notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to all shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30^th June 2017 at Decimal Place, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5FG.
