Result of AGM

At  the  Company's  AGM, all resolutions were passed.   At  the  meeting,  the
Directors  stated that the Company expects to announce a number of investments
that are currently being negotiated within the next six to eight weeks.

Furthermore, the Company is presently forming an unquoted subsidiary to handle
potential investments in Germany and Switzerland.
