DSW Capital, a profitable, mid-market, challenger professional services licence network and owner of the Dow Schofield Watts brand, is pleased to announce that has expanded its presence in the Midlands with the launch of a new corporate finance team based in Leicester. The addition takes the total licensees to 24, Fee Earners to 104 and its total offices to 10.
The new team are the first to take advantage of DSW's Breakout Incentive, which was launched in February this year and offers teams of three or more an additional cash injection to start their own business.
The three-strong team is led by Harry Walker and includes Fahim Kassam and Daniel Chouciño, who have all joined from FRP Corporate Finance. Their arrival comes just weeks after DSW entered the Midlands market with the addition of Nottingham-based corporate recovery firm Bridgewood to the network.
James Dow of Dow Schofield Watts said: "Dow Schofield Watts offers an alternative to traditional accountancy firms by enabling professionals to run their own business as part of the network and we are delighted to welcome Harry and his team.
"Corporate finance is a core area of expertise for us, and the arrival of this award-winning team further strengthens our offer to clients and expands our local presence in the Midlands. It is also in line with our goal to attract new teams of high quality people into the network."

About DSW Capital
DSW Capital, owner of the Dow Schofield Watts brand, is a profitable, mid-market, challenger professional services network with a cash generative business model and scalable platform for growth. Originally established in 2002, by three KPMG alumni, DSW is one of the first platform models disrupting the traditional model of accounting professional services firms. DSW operates licensing arrangements with 24 licensee businesses with 104 fee earners, across ten offices in England and two in Scotland. These trade primarily under the Dow Schofield Watts brand. It also operates Pandea Global M&A, an international corporate finance network covering 33 different countries.
DSW's vision is for the DSW Network to become the most sought-after destination for ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to start and develop their own businesses. Through a licensing model, DSW gives professionals the autonomy and flexibility to fulfil their potential. Being part of the DSW Network brings support benefits in recruitment, funding and infrastructure. DSW's challenger model attracts experienced, senior professionals, predominantly with a "Big 4" accounting firm background, who want to launch their own businesses and recognise the value of the Dow Schofield Watts brand and the synergies which come from being part of the DSW Network.
DSW aims to scale its agile model through organic growth, geographical expansion, additional service lines and investing in "Break Outs" (existing teams in larger firms). The Directors are targeting high margin, complementary, niche service lines with a strong synergistic fit with the existing DSW Network.
