Duke Royalty Limited
("Duke Royalty", "Duke" or the "Company")
Dividend Declaration & Trading Update
Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad, is pleased to announce that the Board has approved an interim dividend of 0.75 pence (sterling) per share with the ex-dividend date being 26 March 2020, the record date being 27 March 2020 and a payment date of 14 April 2020.
In light of the market turbulence that has been affecting all public companies recently, the Company would like to reaffirm to shareholders that it believes that the cashflow generated from its royalty and loan portfolio for the financial year ending 31 March 2020 will be in line with market expectations and hence, it has confidence to maintain its quarterly dividend payment.
Duke notes that its business model allows it to cope with challenging macroeconomic events due to the Company's consistently low operating costs versus its monthly cash flows and high operational leverage. A more detailed trading update will be released in April following the end of the Company's financial year.
