Resignation of Director

Dukemount Capital plc, the high yield Real Estate and Investment Services Company in the property sector, announces that Peter Redmond is resigning as a Director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on his increasing commitments to his other business interests.

Commenting, Geoffrey G Dart, Chairman said: "We would like to thank Peter for all of his efforts in helping Dukemount to achieve its listing and wish him well with all of his future endeavours. His experience was invaluable in helping us come to the market which will enable us to execute our pre-stated growth strategy.
