Appointment of Director

The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Lane as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 June 2015.

Since May 2007 Angela has worked as an independent director and advisor to private companies and private equity firms.  She is non executive Chairman of Huntswood CTC, a specialist resourcing and consultancy firm in governance, compliance and complaints;  an independent non-executive director of Bournemouth Water, a regulated UK water utility owned by Pennon Group and Astbury Marsden, a recruitment firm specialising in the financial, energy and professional services markets. She is also on the investment committee of Altitude Partners LLP, a private equity investor in SME businesses based in Southern England and a Trustee for Sherborne Foundation which raises funds for Sherborne School.

Angela spent 18 years working in private equity at 3i having joined in 1989 after qualifying as an ACA at PWC.  Her final role at 3i was as a partner in 3i's Growth Capital business managing the UK portfolio.  Angela has extensive experience of business and financial services, healthcare, travel and aviation, media, consumer goods and infrastructure.

There is no other information required to be disclosed under Section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of Angela Lane.
