Change to Board of Directors

The Chairman of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust Plc announced at today's
Annual General Meeting that, as previously noted in the Annual Report, 
Mr Charles P. Peal did not offer himself for re-election and resigned from the
Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.  The Board thanked him
for his contribution whilst serving on the Board.
