Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been notified that Brian Finlayson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 6,531 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on 16 November 2011 at a price of 304.5 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange. 

Brian Finlayson now holds 80,649 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, representing 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
