Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been notified that Liz Airey, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on 16 November 2011 at a price of 308 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange. 

Liz Airey now holds 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
