Notification of Transactions of Persons discharging Managerial Responsibility
Pursuant to paragraph 3.1.4R(1) of the Disclosure Rules, Dunedin Enterprise
Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') hereby announces that on 1 March 2007, the
Company received notification (pursuant to section 324 Companies Act 1985 and
paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules) from each of Brian Finlayson (a
non-executive director of the Company) and his sons Ruairidh B Finlayson and
Fionnlagh Finlayson, that on 22 January 2007, as a result of the winding up of
the Brian Finlayson Family Trust, a total of 1,530 Ordinary Shares of 25 Pence
each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') has been transferred from
this trust to Ruairidh B Finlayson and Fionnlagh Finlayson (for nil
consideration) as follows:
Ruairidh B Finlayson 765 Ordinary Shares
Fionnlagh Finlayson 765 Ordinary Shares
Stock transfer forms in respect of the above shares were lodged with the
Company's registrars on 26 February 2007.
As a result of the above transfer, Brian Finlayson now has a beneficial interest
in 69,918 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.23% of
the issued share capital.
