Dunedin Enterprise invests in Trustmarque
Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("Dunedin Enterprise") has, through the Dunedin Buyout Fund III, made a £3.7 million investment in Trustmarque Solutions ("Trustmarque").
Trustmarque has been in operation for over 25 years and helps organisations licence, deploy and manage technology solutions from a range of developers including Microsoft.
Trustmarque recorded revenues in excess of £130 million in 2012. The company employs 180 people at three sites in York (where it is headquartered), Bracknell and Edinburgh. It serves over 1,200 clients including RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, Sainsbury's and Capita. Public sector clients include the NHS, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice, HMEC, local authorities and NHS trusts throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
