Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC have been notified today that in terms
of Part VI of the Companies Act 1995 as amended by the disclosure of interests
in shares (amendment) regulations 1993, the beneficial interests of the
following companies have altered following Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust
PLC's successful offer for Group Trust plc.
