Legal & General Assurance Society have today notified Dunedin Enterprise
Investment Trust PLC by a letter dated 23 August 2001 that following a change in
the issued share capital of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, their
beneficial interest in the company amounting to 9,095,651 ordinary shares now
represents 29.08% of the issued share capital. This follows a buy-back of
100,000 ordinary shares by Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC on 23 August
2001.
