Letter re electronic communications with shareholders

The Company has today posted a letter concerning electronic communications to its shareholders requesting to send or supply shareholder communications via a website and/or in electronic form. A copy of the letter can be viewed on the Company's website at www.dunedinenterprise.com/.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, a copy of the letter has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
