Notice of Preliminary Results
Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, which specialises in the provision of
private equity finance for management buyouts and management buyins with a
transaction size of £10 million to £50 million, will announce its Preliminary
Results for the year ended 30 April 2006 on Monday, 19 June 2006.
A briefing for analysts will take place on the day at 9.30am and a press
briefing at 11.00am at the offices of the Company's broker, Cazenove & Co Ltd at
20 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6DA.
