                         Notice of Preliminary Results



Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC, which specialises in the provision of
private equity finance for management buyouts, management buyins and growing
businesses, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 April
2005 on Thursday, 16 June 2005.


A briefing for analysts will take place on the day at 9.15 am for 9:30 am at the
offices of Cazenove & Co Ltd, 20 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6DA. A press lunch
briefing will be held at the later time of 12.30 pm for 12.45 pm.
