                    Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc:
                           Notice of Interim Results


Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc ('Dunedin'), the private equity
investment trust which specialises in the provision of private equity for
management buyouts, management buyins and growing businesses throughout the UK,
will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2005, on
Thursday 15 December 2005.

A briefing will be held for broker analysts at 09.30am on 15 December 2005
followed by a press briefing at 12.30pm. Both briefings will take place at
Cazenove's offices at 20 Moorgate, EC2R 6DA.
