Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc announces that on 11 July, 2001 it
purchased for cancellation 25,000 New Dunedin Enterprise ordinary shares in
the market at a price of 269p per ordinary share and 35,000 Dunedin Enterprise
ordinary shares in the market at a price of 278p per ordinary share
