Repurchase of ordinary shares for cancellation

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc announces that on 7 March 2002 it
purchased for cancellation 25,000 Dunedin Enterprise ordinary shares in the
market at a price of 230p per ordinary share. On 28 February 2002 it purchased
for cancellation 85,000 Dunedin Enterprise ordinary shares in the market at a
price of 232p per ordinary share.
