Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC - Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC's issued share capital currently
includes 30,258,943 ordinary shares with voting rights.  No ordinary shares are
held in treasury.

Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of
issued shares with voting rights in Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC is
currently 30,258,943.

The above figure (30,258,943) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dunedin Enterprise
Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
