Appointment of a New Director

Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Claydon as an independent non-executive Director to the Board, with effect from 1 February 2011.

Ms Claydon worked in London for Goldman Sachs International from 1992 until 2007, most recently as a Managing Director in their Pension & Insurance Strategies Group. Previously, she was global head of Goldman Sachs Commodity Index marketing. Catherine was an MD at Lehman Brothers in their Pension Advisory Group from 2007 until 2008. She is currently a director of Witan Investment Trust PLC, the London Metal Exchange Limited and is an Independent Member of the Unilever UK Pension Fund Investment Committee. 

Ms Claydon currently has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.

There are no other disclosures required under Section 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules
