Issue of Equity

The Company announces that, on 2 May 2013, 100,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each were sold at a premium from its Treasury account for cash at a price of 270.125 pence per share.

Following the above sale, the Company holds a total of 2,871,748 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 150,806,187.
