Renewal of Loan Facility with Scotia Bank

The Company announces that it has entered in to a £15 million multi-currency revolving credit facility with Scotia Bank Ireland Designated Activity Company (the "Facility").

This facility replaces the expiring £25 million multi-currency revolving credit facility with Scotia Bank (Ireland) Limited and is for a period of 3 years to 13 July 2021.  

Under the terms of the Facility the Company also has the option to increase the level of the commitment from £15 million to £30 million at any time, subject to the Lender's credit approval.

The Company has drawn down €13.1 million under the Facility for a one month interest period.
