TWO NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS AT DIGIT
Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (DIGIT), announces the appointment
of Ruaridh Budge and Max Ward as non executive directors of the company with
immediate effect.
Ruaridh Budge (51) is the Deputy Group Chief Executive of Scottish Life. He
joined Scottish Life in 1970, has headed up their investment, administration
and marketing divisions and was made a director in 1996. He is a Fellow of
the Faculty of Actuaries.
Max Ward (50) has extensive experience of investment management and has been a
partner at Baillie Gifford since 1975. He is also a director of Aegon UK plc
and Scottish Equitable Policyholders' Trust.
The Earl of Eglinton and Winton, who has been a director since 1985, has today
retired from the board.
