Third Interim Dividend

The Board has today declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 January 2013 of 2.5p per share which will be payable on 28 February 2013 to shareholders on the register on 8 February 2013, ex dividend date 6 February 2013. This is the third quarterly dividend to be paid by the Company following the change in frequency of dividends from half yearly to quarterly since the start of this financial year.
