DUNEDIN INCOME GROWTH INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 12 May 2008 Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC purchased 60,000 ordinary shares at 230.17 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

151,301,187 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) 

4,376,748 Ordinary shares held in treasury

155,677,935 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
