The Company has been notified that on 30 March 2007 David Stead, a Director of
the Company, gifted for nil consideration 212,457 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company to family members. The gift amounts to 0.1% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
Following this notification David Stead retains a beneficial interest in 212,457
ordinary shares of 1p each, amounting to 0.1% of the shares in issue.
