Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company")
Dunelm has today been notified that the Leicester Foundation, a private charitable trust (the "Charitable Trust") of which Will Adderley, Chief Executive, is a trustee, yesterday disposed of 48,200 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares") of the Company to a family trust (the "Family Trust") of which Will Adderley is also a trustee. The price paid by the Family Trust was yesterday's closing market price, 385.9 pence per share. Following the transaction, the Charitable Trust holds 91,800 ordinary shares of the Company (0.05% of the issued share capital) and the Family Trust holds 48,200 ordinary shares of the Company (0.02% of the issued share capital).
In light of his status as a trustee of both the Charitable Trust and the Family Trust, Will Adderley is deemed to retain a legal interest in the Shares, as an indirect holding.
Separately, Dunelm has today been notified that Will Adderley [yesterday] transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (1% of the issued share capital of the Company) to his wife, Nadine Adderley, by way of a gift.
Following the transactions above the beneficial interest of Will Adderley is unchanged at 69,953,809 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (34.8 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
