NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

As a result of the Return of Capital 21.5 pence per Ordinary Share by way of a "B" share scheme, as set out in a circular to shareholders posted on 25 February 2010 (the "Circular"), directors of Dunelm Group plc ( the "Company") have today acquired an interest in the Company's "B" shares as follows:
