Sharesave option granted to Laura Carr

On 13 November 2019, Laura Carr, Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Dunelm Group 2014 Sharesave Plan.

Options were granted over 2,752 Shares at 654 pence per share. The options will be exercisable between 1 January and 30 June 2023 in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
