In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:
1.20,600ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in
its Dunelm Group Approved Share Option Plan.
2.The highest price paid for a share was £0.46
3.The lowest price paid for a share was £0.46.
4.Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 945,835ordinary
shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.
5.The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 199,845,565.
